Content Standards
- All content published on Sitebard AI is written, reviewed, or verified by the Sitebard Team.
- We do not publish content that promotes unverified claims, misleading statistics, or speculative capabilities without clear disclosure.
- Statistics, comparisons, and guides are based on publicly available documentation, official pricing pages, and direct evaluation.
- Sponsorships or commercial arrangements do not influence editorial rankings, conclusions, or content placement. Any paid placement is clearly labelled.
Source Verification
- Statistics are sourced from primary sources: official announcements, filings, verified research reports, and reputable public data.
- Where exact figures are unavailable, we use clearly labelled estimates or sample data — and keep unverified statistics pages out of the search index until confirmed.
- Claims from vendor marketing are verified independently where possible before publication.
- Sources are reviewed at the time of publication and updated when new data becomes available.
Review Process
- AI tool comparisons follow our Review Methodology, evaluating tools across features, pricing, ease of use, integrations, support, and update cadence.
- Review decisions are made independently by the editorial team. Vendors may provide demo access but do not influence conclusions.
- All pages display a Last Updated date reflecting the most recent editorial review.
Corrections Policy
- We take accuracy seriously. If you spot an error — factual, statistical, or otherwise — please contact us.
- Verified corrections are applied promptly, and significant corrections are noted on the affected page.
- We do not silently remove or alter content to obscure past errors; the Last Updated date reflects any change.

- The editorial team operates independently of commercial relationships. Advertising and sponsorship revenue do not influence editorial content.
- We disclose when content contains affiliate links. Affiliate compensation does not affect rankings, ratings, or inclusion decisions.
